Ushers assist in seating parishioners, gathering the weekly offering, facilitating the Holy Communion procession, and other needs of the members of the assembly as they arise.
Ushers assist people in finding seats, gather collection, direct the flow of traffic at Holy Communion, pass out bulletins after Mass, and make sure pews are neat and ready for the next Mass. Formation is provided.
